East End Asphalt (EEA) operates a 160-ton per hour asphalt plant serving St. Thomas, St. John, and regional project needs across the U.S. Virgin Islands.
EEA produces Federal Highway Administration-certified asphalt mixes and custom designs to support roadway, utility, and infrastructure construction. EEA fully owns and operates a TSAP2000P plant that is equipped with backup power to ensure continuous operations.
Material is available for delivery in 20-ton truckloads, with emulsion tack coat and asphalt concrete supplied in both bulk and small-volume increments.
EEA supports turnkey construction operations through its affiliate, Grace Civil, including milling, paving, and full-scope heavy civil work.
