To further strengthen these capabilities, Haugland Group has acquired a strategically located facility on the Hudson River at Tomkins Cove, positioned to serve as a hub for fabrication, marshaling, and logistics operations for offshore wind projects throughout New York State. With New York construction roots dating back to the 1990s, we are signatory to multiple IBEW and building trades unions and bring deep expertise in managing complex union labor requirements, sourcing New York-content materials, and coordinating related supply chain logistics. Our longstanding relationships with local governments, labor unions, community stakeholders, and industry partners enable us to navigate regulatory and logistical challenges with confidence while delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions that accelerate offshore wind deployment, support workforce development, and promote environmental stewardship.
