Powering People and Progress through Partnership​
For craft labor positions we engage in strategic collaboration with unions to:​

• Identify and hire workers from the project area
• Identify and hire pre-apprenticeship graduates form the project area​

For non-craft labor we promote job opportunities through to local workforce ecosystem partners including:​

• Community based organizations with construction and technology programs​
• America’s Job Centers and Department of Labor job programs

We support and enhance existing training programs and identify graduate candidates for on-the-job-training include area:​

• Community based organizations with construction and technology programs​
• Vocational training institutions​
• High Schools and colleges with trade related programs
