• Connect with and hire graduates of local pre-apprenticeship programs

Non-Craft Labor Hiring

We promote job opportunities through our local workforce ecosystem, including:

• Community-based organizations offering construction and technology programs
• America’s Job Centers and Department of Labor employment programs
• Training & On-the-Job Development

We support and enhance existing training pipelines by identifying candidates for on-the-job training through:

• Community-based organizations with relevant training programs
• Vocational training institutions
• High schools and colleges with trade-related curricula
