Warehouse Tool Coordinator

Haugland Energy Group is seeking a warehouse tool clerk for its Wells, Maine location.

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, highly organized individual to join the Shared Services department, and oversee the tooling inventory needs of the division.

This position is located in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Key Functions

Maintain the inventory for all tooling, PPE and protective gear, both within the warehouse and on field vehicles. Properly outfit trucks/trailers as directed.
Receive, label, and stock parts
Perform minor tool repairs, and assist in mechanical repairs as needed
Assist with and maintain accurate inventory and a well-kept warehouse. This role is responsible for the cleanliness and order of the warehouse and yard, including sweeping floors, and emptying trash receptacles.
Pickup or deliver parts/tools as needed. Changeout rubber goods at jobsites on a regular basis.
Submit accurate tool transfer records to headquarters
Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or GED
Possess a CDL B Driver’s License and DOT medical card (or be willing to obtain both), with a clean driving record
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Have a mechanical aptitude – capable of performing minor repairs to tooling and small engines, and willing to assist in heavy mechanical repairs
Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner
Ability to identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations for process improvement
Effective communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic
Participates productively as a contributing member in a team environment
Must have reliable transportation
