Jimmy Bowen has more than 25 years of experience in the electrical power line construction industry. He began his career as a project coordinator in Florida and then progressed in his career to estimator, project manager, operations manager, and executive. Jimmy builds relationships with customers and has extensive experience in all aspects of electrical
construction including operations, fleet, and estimating.

He joined Haugland Energy Group LLC in April 2024 and oversees the daily operations for transmission, distribution, substation, and underground in the Southeast Region. Jimmy is also involved with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), sits on the Southeastern Line Constructors Apprenticeship & Training (SELCAT) apprenticeship subcommittee, and participates in IBEW negotiations for the Southeastern states.
