Haugland Marine Service / Tomkins Cove, offer a full suite of U.S. maritime services in support of coastal and offshore construction. Our specialized fleet of tug and barge vessels provide dredging operation support, coastwise towing, maritime transportation, cargo moves and lightering operation services.
Tomkins Cove is an intermodal port facility situated on the Hudson River, 35 nautical miles north of New York Harbor, which can be built as a fabrication and manufacturing facility, utilized as a staging area, or a marshalling yard.
