Bill Miller is the Vice President, Estimating at Haugland Energy Group, bringing extensive expertise in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, and large-scale power projects. He has overseen major projects valued at $500–$800 million across New York City and Long Island. His success is driven by strategic operations and innovative leadership, ensuring complex projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Bill is skilled in strategic operations, project planning, and negotiating estimates and change orders. He fosters collaborative teams, promotes continuing education, and builds strong relationships with owners and contractors to drive project success.
He holds degrees in Labor Studies from SUNY Empire State College and Architecture Design from the New York Institute of Technology. Bill also maintains multiple professional licenses and certifications, including Master Electrical Licenses in NYC, Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk counties, as well as advanced certifications in estimating, construction accounting, and field productivity. He is an active member of I.B.E.W, NYECA, BTEA, New York Building Congress, NFPA, and IEAI.
