Tim Mullarkey serves as Vice President of Operations at Grace Industries, a role he has held since advancing through the company after joining in 2014. In this capacity, Tim provides strategic leadership and oversight for all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability across projects. He continues to play a pivotal role in bid preparation for public works and private projects, including assembling and leading bid teams, developing competitive strategies, managing timelines and workload distribution, coordinating subcontractor engagement, reviewing key pricing components, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing detailed job cost budgets.
Prior to joining Grace Industries, Tim served as Senior Estimator at a prominent construction firm, where he progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, including Chief Estimator, Head Project Manager, and Superintendent. His career spans major projects on both the East and West Coasts, and he possesses deep expertise in multiple construction disciplines, including asphalt paving and milling, bridge rehabilitation, concrete work, earthwork, shoring, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewers, water mains, underground utilities, and structural installations.
Tim earned his engineering degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and leverages his technical knowledge and operational leadership to drive Grace Industries’ continued success.
