Currently serving as Chief Estimator at Haugland Group, Tom leads the estimating department for all Haugland Group companies. His previous roles include Senior Estimator at Skanska USA Civil and Michels Corporation, where he honed his skills in handling multimillion-dollar bids and streamlining operational processes.
Tom’s proven expertise and leadership make him a trusted figure in the heavy construction sector. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in mathematics from Hofstra University.
