Ryan Parker is a licensed professional engineer and seasoned expert in underground transmission system design, with over a decade of experience leading complex infrastructure projects across the United States. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction Services at Haugland Group LLC, Ryan brings deep technical expertise and strategic oversight to high-voltage transmission initiatives.
Ryan has worked on several of high-profile underground line projects and is experienced in a variety of design disciplines, including new construction, upgrades, and network design for voltages ranging from 34.5 kV to 345 kV. Ryan is also well-versed in the layout and design of trenchless installation technologies.
Ryan earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and holds P.E. licenses in five states. Ryan is an active member of IEEE and the Insulated Conductors Committee, supporting industry standards in underground transmission design.
