Kevin Bendl brings over a decade of experience in the utility industry and currently serves as Chief of Staff at Haugland Group. In this capacity, he advises executive leadership on strategic priorities, oversees project execution, and drives organizational alignment across a workforce of more than 1,200 employees.
Kevin leads cross-functional initiatives focused on technology, process improvement, and workforce development. He also manages high-impact projects on behalf of the CEO, including crisis response and organizational transformation efforts. His strategic leadership and operational expertise have been key to advancing company-wide success.
Before joining Haugland, Kevin spent more than 10 years at Con Edison, where he developed deep expertise in construction and infrastructure management. A committed advocate for continuous improvement, Kevin applies his skills to address complex challenges facing Long Island.
As a core member of the executive team, he works closely with the CEO to provide strategic insights, oversee P&L responsibilities, and support the organization’s growth. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Siena College.
