Jon Soldo serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Haugland Group, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, cybersecurity initiatives, software engineering, infrastructure operations, and digital transformation efforts. With more than 20 years of experience in information technology, software development, and enterprise systems, Jon has established a reputation for aligning technology investments with business objectives to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
As CTO, Jon champions a technology-forward culture focused on security, efficiency, and innovation. He oversees both Infrastructure and Software Development teams and has led numerous enterprise initiatives that modernize operations, strengthen cybersecurity, improve data-driven decision making, and create competitive advantages through technology. Under his leadership, technology has become a strategic enabler across all facets of the organization, supporting large-scale growth and business transformation.
Prior to joining Haugland Group, Jon held executive and technical leadership roles within manufacturing, finance, telecommunications, cybersecurity, aerospace, aviation, and defense organizations. He previously served as Director of Information Technology at North Atlantic Industries, where he guided enterprise-wide technology initiatives spanning ERP, PLM, MES, infrastructure modernization, disaster recovery, business intelligence, and software development. Throughout his career, he has consistently focused on leveraging technology to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
Jon holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University, where he graduated as Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Internet Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology, graduating first in his class. His unique combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership experience enables him to bridge the gap between technology and organizational strategy.
