John Reynolds brings over two decades of experience in both public and private accounting, with a strong focus on the construction industry. As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Haugland Group, he combines deep technical expertise with strategic business insight to align field operations and back-office functions, driving efficiency and maximizing value for clients.
Before assuming the role of CCO, John served in multiple leadership positions within the organization, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. In his current capacity, he oversees a broad range of responsibilities, including contract review and negotiation, financial and strategic planning, operational oversight, business process optimization, expansion initiatives, due diligence, and the design and implementation of contract-specific databases.
Prior to joining Haugland Group, John was Vice President of Contract Administration at Hawkeye, where he managed financial and job cost reporting across all divisions. Earlier in his career, he held roles in tax and audit management.
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. He also holds the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation, underscoring his specialized expertise in construction finance.
