WE’RE BUILDING MORE THAN INFRASTRUCTURE

The Northcentral St. Croix Horizontal Bundle Project will support disaster recovery efforts from Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017. The project involves the installation of electric, water, and wastewater utilities in the Northcentral portion of the island of St. Croix. The project scope also includes roadway and drainage restoration and reconstruction during and after utilities installation.

The St. Thomas East Horizontal Bundle Project is a component of the Rebuild USVI initiative, a $20 Billion+ infrastructure rebuild effort led by the Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery, to address impacts from 2017 Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The Project will be delivered in two phases using the Progressive Design-Build project delivery method – collaboratively, and in coordination with all simultaneous USVI disaster recovery projects through preconstruction and construction phases. The project is focused on the East portion of the island of St. Thomas and involves:

• Underground electric utilities
• Water and wastewater utilities
• Roadway drainage, restoration, and reconstruction during and after utilities installation
